Reporting bugs & feedback

Writing apps live or die on whether they fit real writers’ real workflows — something only real writers can tell us. Every piece of feedback during this alpha shapes the version the rest of the world will see at 1.0.

Email support@lunareos.com. That is the channel we monitor, and it reaches us whichever platform you are on. If you were given a private chat channel with your build, you can use that too.

When filing a bug, please include:

  • Your operating system and version
  • The MUSE version (visible in the About dialog or the window title)
  • What you were doing when the problem happened
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • Any error messages, if they appeared
  • Whether you can reproduce it reliably

Screenshots and short screen recordings are enormously helpful.

Bugs aren’t the only useful feedback. If something is confusing, slow, awkward, or just doesn’t fit how you work, we want to hear it. First impressions on first launch are especially valuable and easy to forget later — jot them down as they happen.
